If you’re looking at a CD copy of Mock Orange’s Nines & Sixes then you probably know what it is. There’s a lot to say. It was a widely influential album of its time. It topped the CMJ charts the year after it was released. There are nearly three decades worth of articles, interviews, opinions, commentary and references to dive deep into this album, and what ripple effect it had on so many bands. Including influences on artists who became much more successful than Mock Orange.

The artwork is from the second pressing…the first Nines & Sixes released had a large font across the top…this second version was the way the band wanted the original album cover to look.
